Voluntary self-regulation of the pharmaceutical industry

The association 'Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle für die Arzneimittelindustrie' e. V. (FSA, 'Voluntary Self-regulation for the Pharmaceutical Industry') has drawn up a code for collaboration between the pharmaceutical industry, doctors and patient organisations in Germany.

Almirall Hermal GmbH adheres to the FSA's 'Code for collaboration between the pharmaceutical industry and doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals' and 'Code for the collaboration between the pharmaceutical industry and patient organisations'.

Pursuant to § 25 of the FSA Code of Conduct Healthcare Professionals, donations of more than EUR 10,000.00 per year to institutions comprising healthcare professionals are to be disclosed. Donations by Almirall Hermal GmbH in 2008 to institutions of healthcare professionals are published here.
