Eczema in general
Tips
- Avoid excessively long, hot foam baths. It is better if you take a shower and use lukewarm water and mild, soap-free and lipid-regulating cleansing agents.
- When drying your skin, it is better for you to carefully pat it dry. When rubbing down, protective, moisture-binding components of the skin can detach themselves more easily.
- Care for your skin with rich creams if possible that do not additionally dry the skin out. Many care creams or drugs that you get from the chemist's are tailored specifically to the needs of diseased skin. Please consult your dermatologist or your pharmacist.
