Diseases Caused by Yeasts
Questions & Answers
Is it wise to observe an anti-fungal diet?
An anti-fungal diet is recommended by some authors as an accompanying therapy if a yeast infection of the digestive tract has been detected. This is a fibre-rich diet that avoids sugars/carbohydrates. Today, however, the importance of an anti-fungal diet is a controversial topic of discussion and cannot therefore be recommended as a blanket measure.
